Make Some Noise!

On several occasions at the negotiation table, Canada Post has referred to the language in our Collective Agreement as NOISE!

In the Employer’s view, there is “too much noise” in the Collective Agreement and they have made it clear during this round that they wish for it to be silenced.

The Employer is wrong. Our Collective Agreement and the rights we have won are not “noise.” They are the result of decades of hard struggle that members and activists have fought long battles to achieve.

Considering our Union’s long and proud history, it is disrespectful for management to refer to our rights as “noise.”

For all of us who currently enjoy the rights we have achieved over the years, CUPW calls upon all of our members to stand up to the employer and tell them that if they want NOISE that is exactly what they will receive.

EVERYONE, give them what they want!  MAKE SOME NOISE!!!!
