Pay Equity – Focus Groups Schedule

The Pay Equity study pilot Focus Groups have been completed and the Focus Group schedule has been finalized. Below you will find the calendar notes which Focus Group will be conducted (example; RSMC or Letter Carrier) in the city list and the date. The consultants will be selecting participants, not just from the cities listed, but from the region, ensuring that we get the broadest selection of routes.

We thank those members who participated in the pilots and we encourage any member who is invited to a Focus Group to participate. 

RSMC = Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers

LC = Urban Letter Carriers

RLC = Relief Letter Carriers

PRE = Permanent Relief Employees

MSC = Mail Service Courriers

LCA = Letter Carrier Assistants

PO5 = Mail Dispatcher

MSCHV = Mail Service Courriers (Heavy Vehicule)
