Update on Urban COLA Payment

The Union was notified on May 25 that the Urban Postal Operations (UPO) Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) payment for the last quarter of 2021 (November 2021 – January 2022) will also be paid on June 9^th (Pay Period 12), the same pay period as the RSMC COLA.
